The Bayside Cottage

For those guests who prefer more casual accommodations, the Bayside Cottage is an excellent alternative to the main house. The cottage overlooks picturesque Onset Bay, considered by many to be one of the most beautiful bay views on Cape Cod. It features three bedrooms, one full bath, and comfortably sleeps up to nine guests. Enjoy swimming in the warm waters of Onset Bay and walking for miles on the white sand beach, just steps outside our door.

The first floor bedroom has a four poster, queen size, canopy bed and breathtaking panoramic views of Onset Bay. There is one full bathroom on the first floor, complete with an antique claw-foot tub. One of the two couches in the living room also opens up to a full size bed as well.

A fully equipped kitchen makes preparing and serving meals a snap. The roomy adjacent dining area is perfect for enjoying a leisurely meal with family or friends. The spacious living room, complete with a wall of windows overlooking the bay, offers cable TV, VCR, DVD, and stereo.

Upstairs, there are two bedrooms - one perfect for children with a set of bunk beds (twin over full) and the other with two twin size beds and a gorgeous water view. All bedrooms in the cottage have A/C.

For your convenience, we provide sheets, towels, a blow dryer and iron. Bayside Cottage guests are welcome to use all onsite amenities including the outdoor shower, beach chairs, beach toys and umbrellas. Other amenities include: wireless internet, picnic table, gas grill and off-street parking for 2 vehicles

Mid-June thru August, the Bayside Cottage is available for weekly rental. Off- season, nightly rates are available. We also offer monthly rental during the winter..

The Beach Bungalow

The Beach Bungalow, delightfully decorated in blue and white, has 7 bedrooms and sleeps up to 14 guests. Located in a quiet residential neighborhood, the house is around the corner from Sunset Cove, a beautiful tree lined beach for swimming and boating.

The spacious screened in front porch has a sitting area at one end, and a table and chairs for casual dining at the other. Guests especially love this family friendly space. At the rear of the house is a large deck complete with picnic tables and gas grill. Both the front porch and rear deck provide wonderful spaces for families to congregate and relax together.

On the first floor there are four bedrooms with A/C and ceiling fans, and one full bath. One bedroom is furnished with a queen size bed, and a second with a full. The third bedroom has two twins and the fourth a twin over twin trundle.

The bungalow offers a fully equipped kitchen and a dining room. The living room, equipped with cable TV, DVD player, and ample seating, is delightfully cozy and comfortable.

The second floor consists of three more bedrooms. There is one bedroom with two twin beds, one with a full size bed, and another with a twin over twin trundle. These bedrooms have A/C as well.

In the basement you will find a pool table great for those rainy days. There are also laundry facilities and a second bathroom with shower, ideal for a quick rinse off after a day at the beach.
