Deposit Policy:
Reservations require a 50% deposit at time of booking. The remaining balance, cleaning fee, and security deposit is due one month prior to the start date of your reservation.

We accept MasterCard, Visa, and personal checks.

Cancellation Policy:
Any monies paid prior to cancellation are non-refundable. (Excludes cleaning fee and security deposit.) Dates are not transferable. Should you fail to use your confirmed reservation, The Onset Village Inn (OVI, Inc.) retains all funds received unless the confirmed unit is reserved by other guests at the same rate for the same period.

Smoking policy:
The Onset Village Inn, Bayside Cottage, and Beach Bungalow are all non-smoking properties.

Security Deposit:
The security deposit will be promptly returned once the property has been inspected for damage and theft. Smoking on the premises is prohibited, and could result in security deposit forfeiture.

Pets:
No pets of any type are allowed. Should you need assistance finding appropriate lodging for your pets, we will be happy to help.
